This is a fun challenging, brain teasing game and we totally enjoyed it.
This game is for 1 - 4 players ages 8 & up.
It's skills are
Fine motor skills, visual perception, focus and attention and processing speed.
There are 12 test tubes in all, each player gets 3 test tubes. With 2 balls of each color. You have to race and get those hands moving to complete the challenge illustrated in one of the 54 challenge cards. First one to get the challenge match yells out eureka and you get the card and earn a point! But! There's a catch you have to copy the challenge card without touching the molecules with your hands. You have to toss them back and forth between the test tubes in order to complete the challenge. Oh, and you can't drop them either! Fun! huh? The first one to get 5 challenge cards win.
This game quickly became a family favorite. Even my little munchkin starts joining in on the fun. Even keep playing after the game is done. Saying she's making her own scientific formula, he,he. My other was really liking the theme of the game. Said it was "like doing a real science experiment". I gotta say I was excited to play too. I really like that it make them think hard to solve how to get the molecules (balls) in the right order from the card.
There is other ways to play this too it kicks it up a notch. You have the players solve the challenge while holding all three test tubes in their hands until one completes the challenge. Another way to play this game is where players will need to say how many moves they will take to complete challenge. Whoever says the lowest number goes first, if the player completes in the number they mentioned or less they get the card.
